We pride ourselves on providing a first class delivery service and welcome feedback from our customers.

We book all deliveries for Morning (08:30 - 13:00) or Afternoon (12:00 - 17:00) slots, however, we will do our best to be flexible for our customers.  As much as we will try, unforeseen circumstances mean we could run behind on the day - we'll keep you informed if this is the case.

Our delivery team will call you when they are on route, giving you some warning.

We offer free delivery for orders over £150 within our postcode areas (All CR, SM, BR, SW16-20, SE19-20, SE25-27, KT1-8, KT12, KT17-21, RH1, RH8-9).  Please check with us before ordering for areas outside of these as further charges may apply.

Freestanding connections are to existing plumbing / electrics and are completed at the time of delivery.  If we cannot complete the installation at the time, we reserve the right to keep part, or all of the installation fee, to offset our time / costs.
 
Sales not subject to the current Distance Selling Regulations are subject to a restocking fee on items returned, refused or cancelled by the customer.
 


Before We Deliver

Please ensure all flooring is protected - we cannot be held liable for any accidental damage whilst delivering, although every effort is made to avoid such damages.

Please check your current connections to ensure they meet current standards - aborted installations will still be charged for.

If your plumbing and / or electrics require alteration, we can arrange this for you by one of our approved contractors at additional cost.

Delivery and Returns

Euronics Garrett Appliances Online deliver to selected UK locations within a 13 mile radius of CR0 4WQ, Croydon. Where a customer resides outside of this postcode radius we recommend contacting the store on 020 8432 7111 or [email protected] to discuss the delivery options. Prices for all goods do not include delivery unless otherwise stated. All prices quoted include UK VAT at 20% where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse orders. Any return carriage charges will be at the customers cost in the first instance. On inspection, should a product be found to be faulty, then the return carriage costs will be reimbursed. We will gladly exchange products for "non-fault" reasons, but you will be liable for all subsequent carriage charges. All payments must be in UK Sterling.

Delivery Timescales

Euronics Garrett Appliances Online will deliver all purchased goods within a window of 1 days. Euronics Garrett Appliances Online will contact all customers immediately after a sale has been made to confirm the delivery details.
